Description

The Shifta 5 metre Portable Conveyor is a versatile and efficient material handling solution built for construction sites, landscaping projects and groundworks operations. Designed with a lightweight aluminium frame and reinforced sides, the conveyor is easy to transport and reposition while remaining durable enough for demanding site environments.

The conveyor is capable of moving a wide range of materials including stones, aggregate, soil, concrete and chippings, making it ideal for site clearance, excavation work and moving materials across construction sites.

The machine features two operating speeds, allowing operators to choose between 20 metres per minute for controlled material movement or 28 metres per minute for faster transfer, depending on the application.

With a maximum payload capacity of 150kg, the Shifta conveyor provides reliable material transport while operating at angles of up to 50 degrees, depending on the type of material being moved.

For improved safety and operational control, the conveyor is fitted with two mushroom emergency stop buttons located at both ends of the machine. Built-in belt tracking and front and rear scrapers help keep the belt aligned and reduce material build-up, improving performance and reducing maintenance.

The conveyor is powered by 110V electrics with a 3-phase inverted motor, making it suitable for construction site use. Multiple conveyors can also be linked together, with a 5kVA transformer capable of powering up to four machines, allowing larger material transfer systems to be created when required.

Additional features including detachable hoppers, adjustable belt tensioning, braked wheels and a stabilising machine stand make the Shifta conveyor simple to set up, operate and maintain.
