3. Placing an Order

We accept all major credit and debit cards
Orders are processed once payment is authorised
Please ensure billing and delivery details are accurate

4. Contract of Sale

A contract is formed only when goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any order.

5. Pricing & Errors

If a pricing or product description error occurs, we’ll contact you before dispatch. You may cancel or proceed at the correct price.

6. Delivery

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days
Delays beyond our control are not our responsibility
Missed deliveries or refused parcels may incur a £10 return fee
UK mainland delivery costs apply unless otherwise stated

7. Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us.

Returns Within 7 Days

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
Return items in resalable condition at your own cost
A 15% restocking fee may apply if the item is used or returned late

Faulty or Damaged Items

Notify us within 7 days of receipt
We’ll arrange collection or reimburse return costs (if agreed in advance)
If unsure, sign deliveries as “unchecked”

8. Warranty Claims

If an item fails under warranty, contact us. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.

10. Legal Restrictions

We do not sell knives or bladed items to anyone under 18

12. Distance Selling Rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Items must be returned in original condition
Custom or perishable goods are excluded

A redelivery charge will apply if your parcel is returned to us
Delivery to neighbours or nearby businesses counts as delivered
Import duties and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility
