Description

The Shifta 4 metre Portable Conveyor is a compact and efficient material handling solution designed for construction, landscaping and groundworks environments. Built with a lightweight aluminium frame and reinforced sides, the Shifta conveyor is easy to move and reposition on site while remaining durable enough for heavy-duty use.

Designed to move materials such as stones, aggregate, soil, concrete and chippings, the conveyor helps improve efficiency and reduce manual handling across a wide range of site tasks.

The machine offers two operating speeds, allowing operators to select either 20 metres per minute for controlled material movement or 28 metres per minute for faster transfer, depending on the job requirements.

With a maximum payload capacity of 150kg, the Shifta conveyor provides reliable material transport while operating at angles of up to 50 degrees, depending on the material being moved.

Safety and reliability are key features of the design, with mushroom emergency stop buttons positioned at both the top and bottom of the machine for quick shutdown if required. Built-in belt tracking and front and rear belt scrapershelp maintain smooth operation while preventing material build-up.

Powered by 110V electrics with a 3-phase inverted motor, the Shifta conveyor is suitable for construction site power supplies. Multiple conveyors can also be linked together, with a 5kVA transformer capable of powering up to four conveyors, allowing larger material handling systems to be created when required.

Additional features such as detachable hoppers, adjustable belt tensioning, braked wheels and a stabilising machine stand make the conveyor easy to operate and maintain.
