Description

The Shifta 3 metre Portable Conveyor is a versatile and efficient material handling solution designed for construction, landscaping and groundworks operations. Built with a lightweight aluminium frame and reinforced sides, the Shifta conveyor is easy to move and reposition on site while remaining durable enough to withstand demanding working conditions.

Designed for moving materials such as stones, aggregate, soil, concrete and chippings, the conveyor helps improve efficiency while reducing manual handling on site.

The machine offers two operating speeds, allowing operators to choose between 20 metres per minute for controlled material movement or 28 metres per minute for faster transfer, depending on the task.

With a maximum payload capacity of 150kg, the Shifta conveyor provides reliable material transport and can operate at angles of up to 50 degrees, depending on the material being conveyed.

Safety and reliability are built into the design, with two mushroom emergency stop buttons located at both the top and bottom of the machine for quick shutdown if required. The conveyor also features built-in belt tracking and front and rear belt scrapers, helping maintain consistent performance and reduce material build-up.

Powered by 110V electrics with a 3-phase inverted motor, the Shifta conveyor is suitable for construction site use. Multiple conveyors can also be linked together, with a 5kVA transformer capable of powering up to four machines simultaneously, allowing larger material handling systems to be created where required.

Additional features such as detachable hoppers, adjustable belt tensioning, braked wheels and a stabilising machine stand make the Shifta conveyor simple to operate and maintain.
