The Shifta 6 metre Portable Conveyor is a powerful and versatile material handling solution designed for construction sites, landscaping projects and groundworks operations. Built with a lightweight aluminium frame and reinforced sides, the Shifta is easy to transport and reposition while remaining durable enough for demanding site environments.

Designed for efficiency, the conveyor can move materials such as stones, aggregate, soil, concrete and chippingsquickly and safely across site. The machine offers two operating speeds, allowing operators to choose between 20 metres per minute for controlled movement or 28 metres per minute for faster material transfer.

With a maximum payload capacity of 150kg, the Shifta conveyor is capable of handling a wide range of construction materials while maintaining reliable performance. The unit can operate at angles of up to 50 degrees, depending on the material being conveyed.

For improved safety and ease of use, the conveyor is fitted with emergency stop buttons at both the top and bottom of the machine, ensuring quick shutdown if required. The system also includes built-in belt tracking and front and rear belt scrapers, helping maintain consistent performance and reducing material build-up.

The Shifta conveyor is powered by 110V electrics with a 3-phase inverted motor, providing reliable power on construction sites. Multiple machines can be linked together, with a 5kVA transformer capable of running up to four conveyors simultaneously, making it ideal for large-scale material movement.

Additional features such as detachable hoppers, adjustable belt tensioning and braked wheels make the Shifta easy to set up, operate and maintain.
